Will this 50μm Bright White PET Film hold on anodised aluminium and powder-coated panels, and where does it stop working, and how do we check that before a full run?

50μm Bright White PET Film is specified for the electronics & asset field, which does not mean every substrate in it. PET film holds its dimensions and stiffness at higher temperatures than PP or PE. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

Does D57301 (50μm Bright White PET Film, Standard) on 80g White Glassine hold its service range after a week at 60 °C, and how do we verify it on the line?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.

Do the peel figures for D57301 (50μm Bright White PET Film, Standard) change with the 80g White Glassine liner, and does the liner change the figure?

No tack or peel figure is released for this construction, so we will not quote one. We report tack to FINAT FTM 9 by the ball method and 90° peel to FTM 2, at 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH.

Do we have to take a full production lot of D57301 (50μm Bright White PET Film), or can Standard codes be pooled, and is export packing included?

Minimum order quantity is 500 ㎡ and lead time is 15 days after artwork and roll-format approval. A trial roll for press approval can be arranged before the production run starts. Shipment is ex-works Guangzhou, and it can be consolidated with other codes on the same order.

We used D57631 before. What changes if we switch to D57301 (50μm Bright White PET Film), and which holds better at the edge?

D57301 runs Standard adhesive on 80g White Glassine Liner, while D57631 runs Low-temperature on 62g White Glassine Liner. The difference is the adhesive chemistry, which decides edge lift and high-speed behaviour more than the face does. Compare the two technical tables above, then test both on the same substrate.
