Your label material sourcing partner in China
We sit between your production plan and the Chinese label-material supply base — one point of contact for face stock, adhesive and liner across 347 constructions.
Who we work with
Label converters
You print, die-cut and convert. You need dependable face stock
and adhesive combinations, in your roll format, with raw material that behaves the same batch to batch.
Barcode & thermal printers
You run variable-data production. You need thermal
and waybill stock that prints clean, cuts clean and does not jam or smudge at line speed.
Printing houses
You take on label jobs inside a wider print business. You need a
shortlist of proven constructions rather than a research project.
Material resellers
You distribute label material. You need a stable source, clear
specifications and the volume to hold stock without over-committing.
What "consolidating in China" actually means here
- One purchase order across many constructions. Coated paper, thermal, PE, PP, PET and
specialty film on a single shipment instead of five suppliers and five sets of paperwork.
- MOQ pooling. Requirements that would be below a single mill's minimum can often be
combined into a workable production lot.
- Specification discipline. Every item is documented as face stock + adhesive code + liner +
finishing, so the approved sample and the delivered goods are the same thing.
- Sampling before commitment. Trial rolls for your own press trial, so the decision is made
on your machine and not on a datasheet.
- Quality gate at source. Incoming inspection against the approved construction before goods
leave for the port.
- Export documentation. Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and freight
coordination handled from Guangzhou.
What we are not
We are not a catalogue of unverified grades. Every item published carries a fixed construction, and 61 of them
carry verified customer mass-production feedback. Where a requirement falls outside the catalogue we say so and
quote it as a development item, rather than forcing the closest match.
Working process
| 1 · Brief | Substrate, application, line speed, roll format, target market requirements. |
| 2 · Shortlist | Two or three constructions from the catalogue, with the trade-offs explained. |
| 3 · Sample | Trial roll for approval on your own press. |
| 4 · Quote | Price, MOQ, lead time and roll format confirmed against the approved construction. |
| 5 · Produce & inspect | Production to the approved specification; inspection before dispatch. |
| 6 · Ship & reorder | Consolidated export shipment with documentation; repeat orders against the same construction. |
FAQ
- How do we get samples or a sample book?
- Submit the enquiry form or write to us with your substrate, application and the constructions you want to compare, plus a delivery address and contact. Samples are dispatched with the technical parameter report, and with a third-party product test report where the application requires one. Once you approve the sample it becomes the retained sample, and every later delivery is made against it. Two storage limits apply: A4 sheet samples held longer than 15 days may curl and drift from specification, and retained finished labels older than 90 days may show adhesive degradation — re-test a retained sample before relying on it.
- How do we get an accurate quotation?
- Send the requirement first — substrate, application, roll format and quantity. We confirm the material model and quote against the detailed specification of that construction. If you are unsure which model fits, fill in the label material selection questionnaire and we will shortlist for you. The normal route is sample or small-batch trial first, then order against the approved model code. Where the standing range has no fit, we quote it as a development item — the range covers 800+ models and most application scenarios, and keeps expanding to cover the differences that climate conditions bring.
- How does a custom construction work?
- Custom requirements start with a detailed discussion with our technical team — substrate, application, line speed, climate and volume. Backed by the Chinese label-material supply base, we have co-developed exclusive constructions for customers with special requirements; against forcing a close-but-wrong standard model, a dedicated construction usually lowers their procurement cost.
