Is 60μm Bright White BOPP Film the right face for cans, glass jars and condiment bottles, or do we need a film instead, and does it still hold on our own substrate?

60μm Bright White BOPP Film is specified for the canned food & condiments field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Pearl BOPP gives an opaque pearlescent white without a primer. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

Does F1CT50 (60μm Bright White BOPP Film, Low-odor / Residue-free) on 30μm Clear PET hold its service range after a week at 121 °C, and what happens at the low end?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle.
