Will this 50μm Bright Silver BOPP Film (HP Indigo) hold on laser and inkjet printed sheets, and where does it stop working, and does it still hold on our own substrate?

50μm Bright Silver BOPP Film (HP Indigo) is specified for the digital inkjet & laser field, which does not mean every substrate in it. BOPP film resists moisture and flexes with a squeezable wall instead of cracking. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

FL5500 (50μm Bright Silver BOPP Film (HP Indigo), Medium-tack) in a 60 °C plant: what application window should we plan for, and does that hold at our line temperature?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.

Minimum order quantity is 500 ㎡ and lead time is 15 days after artwork and roll-format approval. A trial roll for press approval can be arranged before the production run starts. Shipment is ex-works Guangzhou, and it can be consolidated with other codes on the same order.

We used F41771 before. What changes if we switch to FL5500 (50μm Bright Silver BOPP Film (HP Indigo)), and does the price differ much?

FL5500 runs Medium-tack adhesive on 60g White Glassine Liner, while F41771 runs Standard on 62g White Glassine Liner. The difference is the adhesive chemistry, which decides edge lift and high-speed behaviour more than the face does. Compare the two technical tables above, then test both on the same substrate.
