Will this 75μm Synthetic Paper hold on HDPE and squeezable detergent bottles, and where does it stop working, and how do we check that before a full run?

75μm Synthetic Paper is specified for the detergent & daily chemical bottles field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Synthetic paper prints like coated paper and survives water and tearing like a film. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

At what temperature do we apply FS81T0 (75μm Synthetic Paper, Water-resistant), and what can it take afterwards, and is there a written figure for it?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.
