Is Medium-tack adhesive on S24511 (70g Top-coated Thermal Paper) enough for corrugated cartons and waybill stock, or do we need higher tack, and how do we check that before a full run?

70g Top-coated Thermal Paper is specified for the express & logistics waybills field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Direct thermal prints without a ribbon, but heat, sunlight and plasticiser contact keep developing the coating. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

Is S24511 (70g Top-coated Thermal Paper, Medium-tack) rated for a cold store, and down to what temperature, and what happens at the low end?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.

For S24511 (70g Top-coated Thermal Paper), what tack and peel should we expect from Medium-tack adhesive at 23 °C, and is that a 20 min or 24 h value?

No tack or peel figure is released for this construction, so we will not quote one. We report tack to FINAT FTM 9 by the ball method and 90° peel to FTM 2, at 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH.

S24511 runs Medium-tack adhesive on 50g Blue Glassine Liner, while SR0041 runs Low-tack Removable on 62g White Glassine Liner. The difference is the adhesive chemistry, which decides edge lift and high-speed behaviour more than the face does. Compare the two technical tables above, then test both on the same substrate.
