70g Top-coated Thermal Paper is specified for the express & logistics waybills field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Direct thermal prints without a ribbon, but heat, sunlight and plasticiser contact keep developing the coating. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

What happens to S24661 (70g Top-coated Thermal Paper) below 60 °C with this Hot Melt adhesive, and how do we verify it on the line?

Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle.
