Can we apply S26701 (76g Top-coated Thermal Paper, Medium-tack) to corrugated cartons and waybill stock straight off the roll, and how do we check that before a full run?

76g Top-coated Thermal Paper is specified for the express & logistics waybills field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Direct thermal prints without a ribbon, but heat, sunlight and plasticiser contact keep developing the coating. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

Does the 62g White Glassine liner on S26701 (76g Top-coated Thermal Paper, Medium-tack) change how it behaves when applied cold, and does the liner shift it?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.
