We print 72g Standard Thermal Paper on 50g Blue Glassine — will that hold on corrugated cartons and waybill stock, and does the liner change the answer?

72g Standard Thermal Paper is specified for the express & logistics waybills field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Direct thermal prints without a ribbon, but heat, sunlight and plasticiser contact keep developing the coating. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

How cold can the line run before the Hot Melt adhesive on S43141 (72g Standard Thermal Paper) stops grabbing, and how do we verify it on the line?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle.
