We print 75μm Thermal Film on 60g White Glassine — will that hold on frozen cartons and chilled packs, and does it still hold on our own substrate?

75μm Thermal Film is specified for the cold chain & fresh food field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Thermal film puts the heat-sensitive coating on a film base, so it also resists water. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

Is S93300 (75μm Thermal Film, Low-odor / Residue-free) rated for a cold store, and down to what temperature, and how do we verify it on the line?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.
