75μm Thermal Film is specified for the express & logistics waybills field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Thermal film puts the heat-sensitive coating on a film base, so it also resists water. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

If our line runs at 60 °C, does S9CG30 (75μm Thermal Film, General-purpose) need a slower speed to wet out, and does that hold at our line temperature?
