Is Medium-tack adhesive on SA2711 (Premium Top-coated Thermal Paper) enough for laser and inkjet printed sheets, or do we need higher tack, and what would you send as a sample?

Premium Top-coated Thermal Paper is specified for the digital inkjet & laser field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Direct thermal prints without a ribbon, but heat, sunlight and plasticiser contact keep developing the coating. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

Does SA2711 (Premium Top-coated Thermal Paper) survive 60 °C in service, given the Medium-tack adhesive, and what happens at the low end?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.
