Where does ACMG30 (80g Coated Paper, Hot Melt) fail first on general cartons and rigid containers, and does it still hold on our own substrate?

80g Coated Paper is specified for the general standard field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Coated paper takes fine print and varnish well, and it takes up moisture at the cut edge. Not recommended for PVC surfaces; full solid coverage, fine graphics.

Does the 60g White Glassine liner on ACMG30 (80g Coated Paper, Hot Melt) change how it behaves when applied cold, and does that hold at our line temperature?

The minimum application temperature is 10 °C and the service range after labelling is -15–65 °C. Below the minimum the adhesive cannot wet out, and edges lift within hours on a curved wall. Both figures are measured at 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, so confirm them with a trial roll on your line.

Is the peel value on ACMG30 (80g Coated Paper, Hot Melt) measured at 20 min dwell, and how do we reproduce the test?

Initial tack is ≥15 N by the ball method and 90° peel is ≥7 N/25 mm after 20 min. Both are measured to FINAT FTM 9 and FTM 2 at 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH. Peel grows with dwell, so compare the same hold time against your own pull test.

If we order ACMG30 in a slit roll of 80g Coated Paper, what is the smallest quantity, and can a trial roll count towards it?

Minimum order quantity is 500 ㎡ and lead time is 15 days after artwork and roll-format approval. A trial roll for press approval can be arranged before the production run starts. Shipment is ex-works Guangzhou, and it can be consolidated with other codes on the same order.

What is the difference between ACMG30 (80g Coated Paper) and AR0011, and which holds better at the edge?

ACMG30 runs Hot Melt adhesive on 60g White Glassine Liner, while AR0011 runs Removable on 62g White Glassine Liner. The difference is the adhesive chemistry, which decides edge lift and high-speed behaviour more than the face does. Compare the two technical tables above, then test both on the same substrate.
