FAQ

Will this 80g Coated Paper hold on general cartons and rigid containers, and where does it stop working, and which document states that?
80g Coated Paper is specified for the general standard field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Coated paper takes fine print and varnish well, and it takes up moisture at the cut edge. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.
If our line runs at 60 °C, does AM3501 (80g Coated Paper, Hot Melt) need a slower speed to wet out, and does the liner shift it?
No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.
What are the initial tack and 90° peel figures for AM3501 (80g Coated Paper, Hot Melt), and which document states it?
No tack or peel figure is released for this construction, so we will not quote one. We report tack to FINAT FTM 9 by the ball method and 90° peel to FTM 2, at 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH.
Does the 50g White Glassine liner add lead time to a AM3501 (80g Coated Paper, Hot Melt) order, and is export packing included?
Minimum order quantity is 500 ㎡ and lead time is 15 days after artwork and roll-format approval. A trial roll for press approval can be arranged before the production run starts. Shipment is ex-works Guangzhou, and it can be consolidated with other codes on the same order.
Is AR0011 a drop-in alternative to AM3501 (80g Coated Paper), and does the price differ much?
AM3501 runs Hot Melt adhesive on 50g White Glassine Liner, while AR0011 runs Removable on 62g White Glassine Liner. The difference is the adhesive chemistry, which decides edge lift and high-speed behaviour more than the face does. Compare the two technical tables above, then test both on the same substrate.
