What substrates is F10061 (100μm Pearl Synthetic Paper) built for, given it runs a Low-odor / Residue-free adhesive, and does it still hold on our own substrate?

100μm Pearl Synthetic Paper is specified for the edible oil barrels field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Synthetic paper prints like coated paper and survives water and tearing like a film. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

If our line runs at 60 °C, does F10061 (100μm Pearl Synthetic Paper, Low-odor / Residue-free) need a slower speed to wet out, and does that hold at our line temperature?

The adhesive is the same and the liner differs: F10061 uses 62g White Glassine Liner, while F10050 uses 36μm Clear PET Liner. Changing the liner shifts release force and die-cutting behaviour, and the price moves with it. Compare the two technical tables above, then test both on the same substrate.
