Is Standard adhesive on F11830 (60μm Bright White BOPP Film) enough for HDPE and squeezable detergent bottles, or do we need higher tack, and does it still hold on our own substrate?

60μm Bright White BOPP Film is specified for the detergent & daily chemical bottles field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Pearl BOPP gives an opaque pearlescent white without a primer. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

If our line runs at 60 °C, does F11830 (60μm Bright White BOPP Film, Standard) need a slower speed to wet out, and is there a written figure for it?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.
