Is 60μm Bright White BOPP Film the right face for HDPE and squeezable detergent bottles, or do we need a film instead, and does the liner change the answer?

60μm Bright White BOPP Film is specified for the detergent & daily chemical bottles field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Pearl BOPP gives an opaque pearlescent white without a primer. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

Is F155T0 (60μm Bright White BOPP Film, Medium-tack) rated for a cold store, and down to what temperature, and how do we verify it on the line?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.

Can you give tack and peel for F155T0 (60μm Bright White BOPP Film, Medium-tack) in N rather than a vague high-tack claim, and does the liner change the figure?

No tack or peel figure is released for this construction, so we will not quote one. We report tack to FINAT FTM 9 by the ball method and 90° peel to FTM 2, at 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH.
