Would the 62g White Glassine liner on F16901 (60μm Bright White BOPP Film, Low-odor / Residue-free) change how it grips HDPE bottles and closures, and how do we check that before a full run?

60μm Bright White BOPP Film is specified for the hdpe bottles field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Pearl BOPP gives an opaque pearlescent white without a primer. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

Does the 62g White Glassine liner on F16901 (60μm Bright White BOPP Film, Low-odor / Residue-free) change how it behaves when applied cold, and is there a written figure for it?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.

F16901 runs Low-odor / Residue-free adhesive on 62g White Glassine Liner, while F11801 runs General-purpose on 62g White Glassine Liner. The difference is the adhesive chemistry, which decides edge lift and high-speed behaviour more than the face does. Compare the two technical tables above, then test both on the same substrate.
