Can we apply F2CG61 (85μm Clear PE Film, General-purpose) to HDPE and squeezable detergent bottles straight off the roll, and which document states that?

85μm Clear PE Film is specified for the detergent & daily chemical bottles field, which does not mean every substrate in it. PE film is soft and conforms to squeezable and curved bottles. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

Is F2CG61 (85μm Clear PE Film, General-purpose) rated for a cold store, and down to what temperature, and what happens at the low end?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.
