Will this 54μm Synthetic Paper hold on general cartons and rigid containers, and where does it stop working, and does the liner change the answer?

54μm Synthetic Paper is specified for the general standard field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Synthetic paper prints like coated paper and survives water and tearing like a film. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

What happens to F97011 (54μm Synthetic Paper) below 60 °C with this Standard adhesive, and is there a written figure for it?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.
