Is Medium-tack adhesive on FB5510 (68μm Bright White BOPP Film(HP indigo)) enough for laser and inkjet printed sheets, or do we need higher tack, and does it still hold on our own substrate?

68μm Bright White BOPP Film(HP indigo) is specified for the digital inkjet & laser field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Pearl BOPP gives an opaque pearlescent white without a primer. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

What service temperature range applies to FB5510 (68μm Bright White BOPP Film(HP indigo)) with Medium-tack adhesive, and how do we verify it on the line?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.
