FAQ

Would the 80g White Glassine liner on FBCG71 (70μm Bright White BOPP Film, Standard) change how it grips cans, glass jars and condiment bottles, and does it still hold on our own substrate?
70μm Bright White BOPP Film is specified for the canned food & condiments field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Pearl BOPP gives an opaque pearlescent white without a primer. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.
At what temperature do we apply FBCG71 (70μm Bright White BOPP Film, Standard), and what can it take afterwards, and does the liner shift it?
No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.
What do the 70μm Bright White BOPP Film and Standard combination report for tack and peel, and does the liner change the figure?
No tack or peel figure is released for this construction, so we will not quote one. We report tack to FINAT FTM 9 by the ball method and 90° peel to FTM 2, at 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH.
Can we start with less than a full run of FBCG71 (70μm Bright White BOPP Film, Standard), and what starts the clock?
Minimum order quantity is 500 ㎡ and lead time is 15 days after artwork and roll-format approval. A trial roll for press approval can be arranged before the production run starts. Shipment is ex-works Guangzhou, and it can be consolidated with other codes on the same order.
We used F11801 before. What changes if we switch to FBCG71 (70μm Bright White BOPP Film), and does the price differ much?
FBCG71 runs Standard adhesive on 80g White Glassine Liner, while F11801 runs General-purpose on 62g White Glassine Liner. The difference is the adhesive chemistry, which decides edge lift and high-speed behaviour more than the face does. Compare the two technical tables above, then test both on the same substrate.
