Can we apply FBCT50 (70μm Bright White BOPP Film, Low-odor / Residue-free) to PET and glass beverage bottles straight off the roll, and which document states that?

70μm Bright White BOPP Film is specified for the beverage & dairy bottles field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Pearl BOPP gives an opaque pearlescent white without a primer. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

Does FBCT50 (70μm Bright White BOPP Film) survive 60 °C in service, given the Low-odor / Residue-free adhesive, and does the liner shift it?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.

Can you give tack and peel for FBCT50 (70μm Bright White BOPP Film, Low-odor / Residue-free) in N rather than a vague high-tack claim, and is that a 20 min or 24 h value?

No tack or peel figure is released for this construction, so we will not quote one. We report tack to FINAT FTM 9 by the ball method and 90° peel to FTM 2, at 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH.

Minimum order quantity is 500 ㎡ and lead time is 15 days after artwork and roll-format approval. A trial roll for press approval can be arranged before the production run starts. Shipment is ex-works Guangzhou, and it can be consolidated with other codes on the same order.

We used F11801 before. What changes if we switch to FBCT50 (70μm Bright White BOPP Film), and which one should we trial first?

FBCT50 runs Low-odor / Residue-free adhesive on 30μm Clear PET Liner, while F11801 runs General-purpose on 62g White Glassine Liner. The difference is the adhesive chemistry, which decides edge lift and high-speed behaviour more than the face does. Compare the two technical tables above, then test both on the same substrate.
