Is Water-resistant adhesive on FS4850 (50μm Clear PP Film) enough for HDPE and squeezable detergent bottles, or do we need higher tack, and how do we check that before a full run?

50μm Clear PP Film is specified for the detergent & daily chemical bottles field, which does not mean every substrate in it. BOPP film resists moisture and flexes with a squeezable wall instead of cracking. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

FS4850 (50μm Clear PP Film, Water-resistant) in a 60 °C plant: what application window should we plan for, and is there a written figure for it?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.

For FS4850 (50μm Clear PP Film), what tack and peel should we expect from Water-resistant adhesive at 23 °C, and how do we reproduce the test?

No tack or peel figure is released for this construction, so we will not quote one. We report tack to FINAT FTM 9 by the ball method and 90° peel to FTM 2, at 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH.

Can we start with less than a full run of FS4850 (50μm Clear PP Film, Water-resistant), and does a slit roll change it?

Minimum order quantity is 500 ㎡ and lead time is 15 days after artwork and roll-format approval. A trial roll for press approval can be arranged before the production run starts. Shipment is ex-works Guangzhou, and it can be consolidated with other codes on the same order.

FS4850 runs Water-resistant adhesive on 30μm Clear PET Liner, while F41771 runs Standard on 62g White Glassine Liner.
