We used a generic 50μm Plain Holographic Film before and it lifted — is FS6581 any different on HDPE and squeezable detergent bottles, and what would you send as a sample?

50μm Plain Holographic Film is specified for the detergent & daily chemical bottles field, which does not mean every substrate in it. BOPP film resists moisture and flexes with a squeezable wall instead of cracking. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

If our line runs at 60 °C, does FS6581 (50μm Plain Holographic Film, All-weather Low-temperature) need a slower speed to wet out, and does that hold at our line temperature?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.

What do the 50μm Plain Holographic Film and All-weather Low-temperature combination report for tack and peel, and is that a 20 min or 24 h value?

No tack or peel figure is released for this construction, so we will not quote one. We report tack to FINAT FTM 9 by the ball method and 90° peel to FTM 2, at 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH.

Does the 62g White Glassine liner add lead time to a FS6581 (50μm Plain Holographic Film, All-weather Low-temperature) order, and is export packing included?

Minimum order quantity is 500 ㎡ and lead time is 15 days after artwork and roll-format approval. A trial roll for press approval can be arranged before the production run starts. Shipment is ex-works Guangzhou, and it can be consolidated with other codes on the same order.

FS6581 runs All-weather Low-temperature adhesive on 62g White Glassine Liner, while F41771 runs Standard on 62g White Glassine Liner. The difference is the adhesive chemistry, which decides edge lift and high-speed behaviour more than the face does. Compare the two technical tables above, then test both on the same substrate.
