Where does S43130 (72g Standard Thermal Paper, Hot Melt) fail first on corrugated cartons and waybill stock, and does it still hold on our own substrate?

72g Standard Thermal Paper is specified for the express & logistics waybills field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Direct thermal prints without a ribbon, but heat, sunlight and plasticiser contact keep developing the coating. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

At what temperature do we apply S43130 (72g Standard Thermal Paper, Hot Melt), and what can it take afterwards, and is there a written figure for it?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle.
