We used a generic 75μm Thermal Film before and it lifted — is S95531 any different on frozen cartons and chilled packs, and how do we check that before a full run?

75μm Thermal Film is specified for the cold chain & fresh food field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Thermal film puts the heat-sensitive coating on a film base, so it also resists water. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.
