We print 70g Premium Woodfree Paper on 60g White Glassine — will that hold on paper, card and file folders, and what would you send as a sample?

70g Premium Woodfree Paper is specified for the office & stationery field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Uncoated woodfree takes pen and stamp, and it is the least water-resistant face in the range. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

At what temperature do we apply W12100 (70g Premium Woodfree Paper, Medium-tack), and what can it take afterwards, and does that hold at our line temperature?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.

For W12100 (70g Premium Woodfree Paper), what tack and peel should we expect from Medium-tack adhesive at 23 °C, and which document states it?

No tack or peel figure is released for this construction, so we will not quote one. We report tack to FINAT FTM 9 by the ball method and 90° peel to FTM 2, at 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH.

Is W12100 (70g Premium Woodfree Paper) kept in stock, or is it produced to order with Medium-tack adhesive, and can a trial roll count towards it?

Minimum order quantity is 500 ㎡ and lead time is 15 days after artwork and roll-format approval. A trial roll for press approval can be arranged before the production run starts. Shipment is ex-works Guangzhou, and it can be consolidated with other codes on the same order.

We used W4MG31 before. What changes if we switch to W12100 (70g Premium Woodfree Paper), and which holds better at the edge?

W12100 runs Medium-tack adhesive on 60g White Glassine Liner, while W4MG31 runs Hot Melt on 62g White Glassine Liner. The difference is the adhesive chemistry, which decides edge lift and high-speed behaviour more than the face does. Compare the two technical tables above, then test both on the same substrate.
