Is 60g Woodfree Paper the right face for paper, card and file folders, or do we need a film instead, and does the liner change the answer?

60g Woodfree Paper is specified for the office & stationery field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Uncoated woodfree takes pen and stamp, and it is the least water-resistant face in the range. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

Does W2160K (60g Woodfree Paper, Hot Melt) on 58g White CCK hold its service range after a week at 60 °C, and is there a written figure for it?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.

What are the initial tack and 90° peel figures for W2160K (60g Woodfree Paper, Hot Melt), and is that a 20 min or 24 h value?

No tack or peel figure is released for this construction, so we will not quote one. We report tack to FINAT FTM 9 by the ball method and 90° peel to FTM 2, at 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH.
