Is 100g Premium Woodfree Paper the right face for glass wine and spirit bottles, or do we need a film instead, and what would you send as a sample?

100g Premium Woodfree Paper is specified for the wine & spirit bottle field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Uncoated woodfree takes pen and stamp, and it is the least water-resistant face in the range. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.
