Is 80g Coated Paper the right face for small-diameter vials and ampoule cartons, or do we need a film instead, and what would you send as a sample?

80g Coated Paper is specified for the pharmaceutical containers field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Coated paper takes fine print and varnish well, and it takes up moisture at the cut edge. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

Does A6SG30 (80g Coated Paper) survive 60 °C in service, given the High-tack adhesive, and does that hold at our line temperature?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.
