We used a generic 80g Coated Paper before and it lifted — is A8AG31 any different on general cartons and rigid containers, and how do we check that before a full run?

80g Coated Paper is specified for the general standard field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Coated paper takes fine print and varnish well, and it takes up moisture at the cut edge. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

Does A8AG31 (80g Coated Paper, All-weather Low-temperature) on 62g White Glassine hold its service range after a week at 60 °C, and what happens at the low end?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.

What are the initial tack and 90° peel figures for A8AG31 (80g Coated Paper, All-weather Low-temperature), and which document states it?

No tack or peel figure is released for this construction, so we will not quote one. We report tack to FINAT FTM 9 by the ball method and 90° peel to FTM 2, at 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH.
