Is 105g Premium Coated Paper the right face for oil drums and edible-oil barrels, or do we need a film instead, and how do we check that before a full run?

105g Premium Coated Paper is specified for the edible oil barrels field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Coated paper takes fine print and varnish well, and it takes up moisture at the cut edge. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

Does AJ1000 (105g Premium Coated Paper) survive 60 °C in service, given the Hot Melt adhesive, and does that hold at our line temperature?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.
