We print 80g Premium Coated Paper on 62g White Glassine — will that hold on HDPE and squeezable detergent bottles, and how do we check that before a full run?

80g Premium Coated Paper is specified for the detergent & daily chemical bottles field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Coated paper takes fine print and varnish well, and it takes up moisture at the cut edge. Not recommended for curved substrates (strong reaction with removable adhesive); above 70 °C, PMMA/PVC/PET/PP surfaces.

Can AR0011 (80g Premium Coated Paper, Removable) be applied at 60 °C on the line, and does that hold at our line temperature?

The minimum application temperature is 10 °C and the service range after labelling is -20–70 °C. Below the minimum the adhesive cannot wet out, and edges lift within hours on a curved wall. Both figures are measured at 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, so confirm them with a trial roll on your line.

Do the peel figures for AR0011 (80g Premium Coated Paper, Removable) change with the 62g White Glassine liner, and what substrate was it measured on?

Initial tack is 4–9 N by the ball method and 90° peel is 1–3.5 N/25 mm after 20 min. Both are measured to FINAT FTM 9 and FTM 2 at 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH. Peel grows with dwell, so compare the same hold time against your own pull test.

How many square metres of AR0011 in 80g Premium Coated Paper makes a minimum run, and can it be pooled with other codes?

Minimum order quantity is 500 ㎡ and lead time is 15 days after artwork and roll-format approval. A trial roll for press approval can be arranged before the production run starts. Shipment is ex-works Guangzhou, and it can be consolidated with other codes on the same order.

How does AR0011 (80g Premium Coated Paper) compare with AR0010 on HDPE and squeezable detergent bottles, and is one a drop-in for the other?

The adhesive is the same and the liner differs: AR0011 uses 62g White Glassine Liner, while AR0010 uses 60g White Glassine Liner. Changing the liner shifts release force and die-cutting behaviour, and the price moves with it. Compare the two technical tables above, then test both on the same substrate.
