We used a generic 80g Coated Paper before and it lifted — is AR2110 any different on glass, furniture and reusable containers, and which document states that?

80g Coated Paper is specified for the removable & no-residue field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Coated paper takes fine print and varnish well, and it takes up moisture at the cut edge. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

What is the minimum application temperature for AR2110 (80g Coated Paper, Low-tack Removable) on a 60g White Glassine liner, and how do we verify it on the line?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle.
