Can we apply F77891 (75μm Synthetic Paper, Low-odor / Residue-free) to HDPE bottles and closures straight off the roll, and which document states that?

75μm Synthetic Paper is specified for the hdpe bottles field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Synthetic paper prints like coated paper and survives water and tearing like a film. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

Is F77891 (75μm Synthetic Paper, Low-odor / Residue-free) rated for a cold store, and down to what temperature, and does that hold at our line temperature?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle.
