Can we apply W2MK11 (80g Electrostatic Copy Paper, Hot Melt) to paper, card and file folders straight off the roll, and does the liner change the answer?

80g Electrostatic Copy Paper is specified for the office & stationery field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Uncoated woodfree takes pen and stamp, and it is the least water-resistant face in the range. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

Can W2MK11 (80g Electrostatic Copy Paper, Hot Melt) be applied at 60 °C on the line, and how do we verify it on the line?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.
