Where does AJ7001 (80g Coated Paper, Hot Melt) fail first on rough, dusty or low-energy parts, and how do we check that before a full run?

80g Coated Paper is specified for the industrial rough surfaces field, which does not mean every substrate in it. Coated paper takes fine print and varnish well, and it takes up moisture at the cut edge. Where the surface is recycled or carries mould release, treat the first roll as a trial.

What happens to AJ7001 (80g Coated Paper) below 60 °C with this Hot Melt adhesive, and how do we verify it on the line?

No application-temperature figure is released for this construction, and we will not invent one. Adhesive wet-out decides the low end, and that depends on your line speed and the temperature of the bottle. The declared test condition is 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH, and a trial roll shows where your own line sits.

Where does the AJ7001 (80g Coated Paper, Hot Melt) data sheet state its peel condition on a 62g White Glassine liner, and what substrate was it measured on?

No tack or peel figure is released for this construction, so we will not quote one. We report tack to FINAT FTM 9 by the ball method and 90° peel to FTM 2, at 23±2 °C / 50±5 % RH.

AJ7001 (80g Coated Paper, Hot Melt): what is the shortest lead time you can hold to, and at what quantity, and can it be pooled with other codes?

Minimum order quantity is 500 ㎡ and lead time is 15 days after artwork and roll-format approval. A trial roll for press approval can be arranged before the production run starts. Shipment is ex-works Guangzhou, and it can be consolidated with other codes on the same order.

We used AR0011 before. What changes if we switch to AJ7001 (80g Coated Paper), and which holds better at the edge?

AJ7001 runs Hot Melt adhesive on 62g White Glassine Liner, while AR0011 runs Removable on 62g White Glassine Liner.
